Longtime Mansfield educator Lowell Smith dies
Lowell Smith, who served Mansfield City Schools for 35 years as a teacher, coach, administrator and board of education member, has died.

Spanish Immersion kindergarten meeting Jan. 29
Mansfield City Schools’ Spanish Immersion School will have its annual kindergarten informational meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 29.  
Kindergarten registration begins Feb. 3
Mansfield City Schools’ kindergarten registration for the 2015-16 school year is scheduled Feb. 3 through Feb. 12. Children must be 5 years old by Sept. 30.
