How do I change my password?
Follow the directions in the My Account section of Parent Access.

What do I do if I forget my password?

What should I do if I don't have a computer with internet access?
1.  Parents who have a valid library card may go to the Mansfield-Richland County Public Library and use a computer with Internet access there.
2.  Parents can use Parent Access on a Culliver Reading Center computer.  Contact Angela Holt or Melinda Puckett at 419-522-7323 for the reading center hours.

Who should I contact if I am not seeing any information about my child?
Call or visit your child's school and ask to speak to the building principal.
