Board Goals 2009-2010

We will implement our fiscal recovery plan in a manner to best meet the needs of our students within the resources available.

• We will prepare and implement a high school instructional action plan that will continue to improve the performance of all students on the Ohio Graduation Test during this 2009-2010 school year.
• We will prepare and implement a middle school instructional action plan that continues to improve the performance of all students on the Ohio Achievement Tests for this 2009-2010 school year.
• We will prepare and implement an elementary school instructional plan that will continue to improve the performance of all students on the Ohio Achievement Tests in literacy and math.
• We will reduce Special Needs ADM by 2%.
• We will continue a standards-based, comprehensive PreK-12 professional development plan aligned to the goals and core beliefs of the district.
• We will keep the community well informed about the quality of education and progress on all annual goals and student performance through the communication and public engagement efforts of the school district and the Community Coalition.
