Here's your chance to meet our principals

Mansfield City Schools invites the public to meet its building principals from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6, in the Senior High School commons.

“We have a new principal at Senior High, a new assistant at Sherman Elementary, three from the district in new principal roles and six other principals and assistants who will welcome students back to their buildings,” Superintendent Brian Garverick said.

“The evening will be an opportunity for students, parents and the community at large to meet and talk with our principals before classes start on Aug. 19.”

Principals who will be on hand Aug. 6 include:

Senior High – Principal Jose Hernandez, Assistant Principal Fuzzie Davis

Middle School – Principal Robert McQuate

Malabar Intermediate – Principal Andrea Moyer, Assistant Principal Tom Hager

Prospect Elementary – Principal Kirsten DeVito

Sherman Elementary – Principal Stephen Rizzo, Assistant Principal Karly Watterson

Woodland Elementary – Kim Johnson

Spanish Immersion – Principal Gabe Costa

Hedges Campus – Principal Jason Douglas
