Trinitee Jones reigns as homecoming queen

   Senior Trinitee Jones is Mansfield Senior High School’s 2016 homecoming queen.

   Ms. Jones was crowned during an afternoon assembly in Pete Henry Gym. She was escorted by Tyrek Gordon.

   Her attendants include:

   Senior Paige Gutai, escorted by Ethan Ludey.

   Senior Amari Jordan, escorted by Joe Ellis.

   Senior Abre’anna Mercer, escorted by Davis Chapman

   Junior Rakaysha Smith, escorted by Aubrey Chapman Jr.

   Sophomore Mahoganey Gaither, escorted by Thomas Ison II.

   Freshman Treasure Jones, escorted by Clay Caudill.

   Homecoming activities were scheduled to continue with a 5:30 p.m. parade from Senior High to Arlin Field and a 7 p.m. kickoff as the Tygers welcome Wooster.

   The homecoming dance will begin at 8 p.m. on Saturday in the Senior High commons. This year’s theme is “A Night Under the Sea.”
