The Key Club table was one of many candy stops at Safe Trick or Treat in the Senior High and middle school hallways.
Ghosts, princesses and fearsome creatures filled the hallways of Senior High and the middle school Thursday afternoon for Safe Trick or Treat.
The annual event, organized by Senior High’s OCC Leadership, was open to community children from 4 to 5:30 p.m. High school and middle school clubs and organizations set up treat tables, as did Malabar Intermediate School.
“It’s all for the little ones,” said Senior High secretary Becky Cashell, an organizer of the event.
Many students and staff donated candy. Visitors were asked to bring a canned food item for donation to the Salvation Army food bank.
