Mansfield Senior High School and Mansfield Middle School will register students for the 2014-2015 school year on three days next week.
Registration dates and times are:
Aug. 19 – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Aug. 20 – 12 to 7 p.m.
Aug. 21 – 12 to 7 p.m.
Parents and students should bring the following:
-- At least three emergency contact telephone numbers.
-- Medical insurance information.
-- Doctor’s orders to administer prescription medication during schools hours. (If needed, this form may be picked up prior to registration.)
-- Cash or check for school fees.
Medical cards are not accepted as fee waivers. A student may be considered for fee waivers if he or she qualifies for free lunch and checks the box on the free lunch form to be considered.
