The last of four Science Saturdays at Springmill Learning Center will be tomorrow (April 25) from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
New hands-on family activities in the science and math galleries will be featured, said Dawn Kitchen, associate professor of anthropology at Ohio State University and a member of the Springmill Steering Committee.
“We instructors have designed all new activities, so even if folks have visited during another weekend, this can be an all-new experience,” Kitchen said. “And best yet, the program is free of charge.”
Learning gallery visits will be available for second-graders and above, accompanied by their parents. An activity room will welcome preschoolers and first-graders.
Springmill Learning Center, a partnership of Mansfield City Schools and OSU, is located at 1200 Nestor Drive.
