Friday’s two-hour delay to the start of school is the first of eight scheduled dates for staff professional development.
The two-hour delays, scheduled on the first Friday of the month, replace the former Tyger Time early releases on Wednesdays.
Scheduled delay dates include:

On each of those dates students’ starting time will be 11:10 a.m. at Prospect, Sherman, Woodland and the Spanish Immersion School; 10 a.m. at Malabar Intermediate School, and 9:35 a.m. at the middle school, Senior High and the Hedges campus.
