Middle school students will discuss Tyger Clubs on weekly TV show

      After-school Tyger Clubs at Mansfield Middle School will be the subject of this week’s episode of WMFD TV’s “Inside Mansfield City Schools.”

      Guests will be Dr. Holly Christie, director of student support programs; Christina Drain, site coordinator of the after-school program; seventh-graders Shelby Carroll and Aaliyah Walker, and eighth-grader Chris Wicker.

      The students will discuss their participation in a number of Tyger Clubs, including cooking, performing arts, carpentry, Fit Tygers and book club.

      The program will air on Spectrum cable channel 16 in Mansfield at 8 o’clock tonight, 4 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday. Later on Thursday the show will be accessible at wmfd.com by going to “video and audio” at the top of the page, then scrolling down to “Inside Mansfield City Schools.”
