Ms Kim's Pre-K class at Sherman have been working on learning new vocabulary words through Nursery Rhymes in our Heggerty literacy program. During Little Miss Muffet, we asked Google what a "tuffet" and "curds & whey" were so that we could read the definition and see a picture of the actual item. Some of the guesses were Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and cereal. We decided as a class to sample "curds & whey". The children found out it wasn't so bad after all! Thumbs up!
