District will place levy on the November ballot

Mansfield City Schools will return to the ballot on Nov. 5 to ask voters’ approval of a five-year emergency levy that would generate $4 million annually.

Some Mansfield City Schools second- and third-graders, identified by their principals as academically at risk, will receive extra tutoring this summer.  

217 earn GED diplomas through adult education

The 2013 graduates of Mansfield City Schools’ Adult and Community Education program received their GED diplomas Thursday evening after some brief but to-the-point advice from Superintendent Dan Freund.
