The Richland Public Health Department will be at Mansfield Senior High on April 25, 2017 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm to offer the Meningitis and TDap shots for current high school juniors. Forms were mailed to juniors currently needing the shots. Please complete the forms and return to the HS School Nurse if interested.
These shots are required before entering their senior year.
Students will have to provide proof of the shots in order to pick up their schedules in August for their senior year.
