Treasurer search on board's agenda Tuesday

The Mansfield City Schools Board of Education will initiate its search for a new treasurer when it meets in regular session at 5 p.m. on Tuesday (May 19) at the Raemelton administration building, 856 W. Cook Road.

The board is expected to accept an offer by Linda T. Keller, superintendent of the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, to seek qualified candidates for treasurer. Mid-Ohio will not charge the district for advertising the position and presenting a list of eligible candidates to the board.

Current treasurer Rosetta Stephens will retire Sept. 1.

In other business, the board will approve the list of 2015 Mansfield Senior High School graduates and 2015 GED graduates through the adult education program.
