We have a clinic located inside Malabar Intermediate School. Treatment for acute chronic illnesses available
Malabar Care Connect is a School-Based Health Center that is on-site at Malabar Intermediate. Your child health care needs can be met by a qualified Health Care provider including:
- Immunizations
- ADHD management
- Physicals
- Sports Physicals
- Asthma Management
- Nutrition
- Sick Care
- Minor Injuries
And more.
Services are available regardless of your ability to pay. The Health Center is available to all Mansfield City Schools and community members. Transportation is available.
Mansfield Senior High School and Middle School has telehealth options available as well. As a parent/guardian, you are welcome to attend the clinic visit with your student either in person or virtually.
The health center is an open access clinic Monday thru Friday, which means walk-ins, appointments and after-hours care are always an option.
