The Mansfield City School Choir Department concluded their school year with their spring concert May 9th in the Senior High Auditorium.Over 100 students across 5 choirs performed selections highlighting their learning this year including pieces in Japanese, Native American dialects, and pieces from Disney and Broadway. Two awards were presented during the concert: The Middle School Choral Award going to Gianni Rodriguez and the National School Choral Award presented to Addison Meyers. The very next day, students from the Mansfield Singers and Treble Choir traveled to Cedar Point to perform for the "Music in the Parks" festival where they sang for a rating in front of a panel of 3 judges. The choir earned a rating of "excellent", the 2nd highest rating a choir can earn at the event! We are very proud of our Tyger students and all of their accomplishments this year!
